Zero Fare Summer Pilot Program
Program Overview
Starting June 1st, Liberty Transit will be launching our first ever three-month fare free pilot program as we prepare to roll out the new Transit Development Plan. Fixed route customers and paratransit trips for customers who begin or end their trip within three-quarters of a mile of each of the fixed route services are eligible to participate.
Passengers under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
All riders are required to follow Liberty Transits policies and procedures while participating in this program. The policies and procedures can be found in the ride guide and or on our website. Questions can be directed to Liberty Transit staff at 912-800-9318.

Purpose
The objectives of the Zero Fare Summer Pilot Program are multifaceted:
- Eliminate financial barriers that deter customers from utilizing public transportation.
- To increase ridership on our fixed route and paratransit services
- To promote confident lifelong public transportation riders
- To educate the public about the Liberty Transit Development Plan
